| About the Author David Mays, an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BS in Mathematics, 1981. He holds a Master of Divinity from Brite Divinity School, Texas Christian University, 2005. David served churches in the Central Texas Conference of the Methodist Church, Trinity-Brazos and North East areas of the Christian Church. He served his residency in Clinical Pastoral Education at the VA North Texas Health Care System in 2006 and served in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot in 1970. |
